Our recruitment efforts revolve around a profiling system

We work with each client partner to develop a profile of the ideal customer service representative for the program, and we recruit specifically to meet those requirements.

Qualifications include:

 

Excellent customer service skills

 

Affinity for the product or service to be represented

 

Aptitude and willingness to become expert in it

 

Ability to identify with and respond to the emotional needs of callers

 

Compatibility with the client's and our own corporate cultures
