The structure of the contact center provides opportunities for eligible
employees across all functions. Employees can move vertically up
in their particular department or laterally into support functions
like Training or HR on the basis of performance and aptitude. Vacant
positions are advertised internally and the Company strongly urges
employees to apply for these vacant positions.
As part of its growth plans, Intellicom plans to specialize in various
industries such as Travel and Insurance which require a great degree
of training and/or overseas certifications for employees. This will
provide value-addition opportunities to all employees. Interest
or aptitude in specific industry areas will be encouraged and furthered
through in-house or overseas training, development and certifications.
